Guarantee/Warranty

All Peltier Module are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 3 Days (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect or wrong part dispatch.

Wrong used damage module so there is no warranty / replacement / refund policy will cover. we check module according manufacture guideline before dispatch order.

All magnet Product are delivered with standard warranty of Minimum 3 Days to protect customer if wrong size or mismatch quantity are delivery in magnet then only 3 days protect will applicable if customer don’t like/not in used/order by mistake/ other reason on case there is no return / replacement / refund policy will applicable in all magnet products.

All Magnet will packed as per order size and quantity our standard packing that will not damage magnet in transit. If your order value is less then Rs. 500/- or single pieces are order to check/sampling/project/pro-type purpose if magnet chipped or damage in transit then it will customer responsible because we don’t support sample/project/pro-type order qty for replacement/refund/return again damage complain. We support to agree single pieces to dispatch only customer can check magnet quality for there project/pro-type/sample for future bulk order.

If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective or wrong size product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect or wrong size with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to Mishandle broken (Magnets), misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

100% Refund/Replacement:

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 3 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to my account section and then to your order, the you will find option for Request Refund. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us.In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to Mishandle broken misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Changing or Canceling An Order:

Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be alter or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. PATEL MAGNETS & ELECTRONICS reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.

After parcel dispatch customer will not accept / 3 delivery attempt and return parcel in that case courier charges, tax amount, return courier charges, payment gateway charge and packing charges will debit from customer material amount that PATEL MAGNETS & ELECTRONICS revere the right to take final decision this case.

Return Guidelines:

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
